The KBO announced the schedule for the 2026 KBO Preseason Games on Wednesday, February 4.

The 2026 preseason will run from March 12 (Thursday) to March 24 (Tuesday). Each team will play 12 games, for a total of 60 games.

Opening Day games will be held at five ballparks:

• Icheon (Kiwoom vs. Doosan)
• Daejeon (Samsung vs. Hanwha)
• Gwangju (SSG vs. KIA)
• Sajik (KT vs. Lotte)
• Masan (LG vs. NC)

The preseason schedule was arranged in consideration of stadiums unavailable due to ground renovations or other construction:

• Jamsil: March 12–20
• Gocheok: March 12–24
• Munhak: March 12–15
• Suwon: March 12–15
• Daegu: March 12–20
• Gwangju: March 16–20
• Changwon: March 12–15

Both registered players and developmental players are eligible to participate in preseason games, with no limit on the number of players per team.

All preseason games will begin at 1:00 PM. Extra innings and doubleheaders will not be played, and rained-out games will not be rescheduled.

Each team will be allowed two video review challenges per game (with one additional challenge awarded if two consecutive calls are overturned). In addition, two check-swing video reviews will be granted per team, with the opportunity retained if the call is overturned.
